I'm hoping you can help me...
I am fascinated by the
Dorothea Pumping Engine located in the disused slate
quarry near to the village.
Does anyone have any information
on it please? I would like to know:
- Who owns it?
- When
was it used last?
- Who has access to it?
- What are the plans, if
any to preserve /restore it?
